just so that everyone knows... if your dryer starts adding the amount of time it takes to dry clothes, get your vent cleaned out. who knew?:) the things you learn when you become an adult.

so while the chimney sweep is cleaning out our vent, and yes he did bring his top hat:), i'm stressing about what needs to be done to my classroom.

eddie leaves tomorrow. very sad for my selfish self. however, very exciting about Jason. if there is anyone who knows what it means to be kind to "the least of these," it is eddie. sometimes i am to quick to judge... but he always forgives. it makes me a better person. anyways, he is graduating from boot camp. he finally feels direction, like his life has purpose. the military is amazing for some people.

people always complain about politics and how evil corrupts... but i met someone yesterday in the midst of a big oops, and for once i didn't judge. my heart went out to him and his family... and i just prayed. i don't want to name, names. but can you imagine? being a person in power. starting out fresh with ideas, ready to bring change... and letting your humaness take over:( so i've commited to pray.

til next time
